• I received a letter earlier this year stating that my business line of credit will not transition to JPMorgan Chase and will close upon maturity. Why is my business line of credit now transitioning to JPMorgan Chase?
  Since your First Republic business line of credit account(s) has a balance past due, it will migrate to JPMorgan Chase between October 1 and December 31. You should have received a letter in early October with important information related to this transition.
  
  After your business line of credit account transitions to JPMorgan Chase, you will receive an email from JPMorgan Chase with information on how to access your account on chase.com. JPMorgan Chase will also start mailing a separate monthly statement with details on how to make payments moving forward. Please do not send payments to First Republic – doing so may delay when your payment is credited.
  
  Important: No advances are permitted, and payments will no longer be auto debited.
• How do I make a payment after my business line of credit transitions to JPMorgan Chase?

Loans Transitioning in November 2024

• When is my loan transitioning to JPMorgan Chase?
  Most loans currently being serviced by First Republic are transitioning to JPMorgan Chase on November 12, 2024. Loan terms and payment due dates will not change; however, loan account numbers will change. You will receive information from JPMorgan Chase prior to the transition, including how to access your loan(s) and make payments. If your loan was on your First Republic digital profile, information about transitioning loans will be available in First Republic Banking Online and accessible to Corporate Online Admins in Corporate Online starting November 13, 2024.

• When is the last day I can use the First Republic system for loan servicing?
  The last day to transact on your loan(s) through the First Republic servicing system will be November 7, 2024. Starting November 8 through November 12 some transactions may be delayed, including your loan payments. Don’t worry, we will not charge late fees for delays while we transition your loans. If you make your payments by automatic deduction from your bank account, you don’t need to do anything; this service will continue. Payments made via Bill Pay or by mail will need to be updated based on new payment address. Payment instructions will be provided within the communications you will receive prior to the transition.

Multifamily and Commercial Real Estate Term Loans (Loans Transferred in July 2024)

• What loans transitioned in July 2024?
  As of July 15, 2024, JPMorgan Chase began servicing most First Republic Multifamily and Commercial Real Estate Term Loans. Borrowers whose loans transitioned in July 2024 received a letter via postal mail in late June 2024 that included their new loan numbers. If your loan was on your First Republic digital profile, information about transitioned loans is available in First Republic Banking Online and accessible to Corporate Online Admins in Corporate Online. Access to your loan account(s) on JPMorgan Chase online and mobile banking is now available.
  
  Please note: Other revolving, construction and wholesale lending products will transition at a later date. We’ll notify you in advance of any loan transitions.
• Did my loan account number change?
  Yes. Loan account numbers changed. New loan numbers were sent in late June 2024 via postal mail to borrowers whose loans transitioned in July 2024. If your loan was on your First Republic digital profile, information about transitioned loans, including the new account number, is available in First Republic Banking Online and accessible to Corporate Online Admins in Corporate Online. Access to your transitioned loan account(s) on JPMorgan Chase online and mobile banking is now available. If you did not receive a letter with your account number(s), please call the Commercial Term Lending Customer Care Team at (877) 344-3080, option 3.
• Did the terms or due date of my loan change?
  No, the terms of your loan and due date did not change.
• Did my automatic loan payments from First Republic transition to JPMorgan Chase?
  Yes, if you were enrolled in the First Republic auto-debit program (automatic payments), we transitioned this service for you. There is nothing you need to do. During the transition, some transactions may have been paused or delayed, including your loan payments. Don’t worry, we did not charge late fees for delays while we transitioned your loans.
• Can I see my loan or make a payment on JPMorgan Chase?
  Yes. Clients can now see their transitioned loan on JPMorgan Chase online and mobile banking and make a payment to JPMorgan Chase. Please note, if you were enrolled in the First Republic auto-debit program (automatic payments), we transitioned this service for you. There is nothing you need to do. During the transition, some transactions may have been paused or delayed, including your loan payments. Don’t worry, we did not charge late fees for delays while we transitioned your loans.
• How do I access my loan online?
  Transitioned loans are now visible in your JPMorgan Chase digital online and mobile banking profile so you can view your loan, make payments and take other actions on your loan. For further assistance, contact the Commercial Term Lending Customer Care Team at (877) 344-3080, option 3.
• Where can I access my historical records and statements for my transitioned loan?
  For First Republic Banking Online users: You can view up to 18 months of First Republic transaction history on your main and account dashboards and view and save up to seven (7) years of First Republic historical statements and documents. Your information will roll off over time. Effective December 12, 2024, the First Republic Online Banking platform will be decommissioned and no longer accessible. Download historical statements and documents prior to this date.
  
  For First Republic Corporate Online users: You can view and save up to 6 months of transaction history from your main account dashboard, up to 18 months of history within Information Reporting, and up to seven (7) years of First Republic historical statements and documents. Your information will roll off over time. Effective December 12, 2024, the First Republic Corporate Online platform will be decommissioned and no longer accessible. Download historical statements and documents prior to this date.
• Can I continue to access my loan through First Republic online banking?
  First Republic online banking is view only, effective May 25, 2024. After July 12, 2024, information for your transitioned loan will no longer be updated in First Republic Banking Online or Corporate Online. You can access your transitioned loan on JPMorgan Chase online and mobile banking.

• I have a loan with First Republic that has not transitioned to JPMorgan Chase for servicing yet. Will my automatic payments continue after my deposit account transitions to JPMorgan Chase?
  Yes. If you are enrolled in the First Republic auto-debit program (automatic payments) for a First Republic loan, this service will carry over to JPMorgan Chase since account and routing numbers are not changing when deposit accounts transition to JPMorgan Chase, effective May 25, 2024.

• What’s happening with my other First Republic loans and lines of credit accounts that haven’t transferred to JPMorgan Chase yet?
  Other First Republic accounts or features may transfer at different times, and you’ll receive separate communications about them, if applicable.
• Can I continue to use my First Republic online banking for my loans and/or lines of credit that haven’t transitioned to JPMorgan Chase yet?
  Yes, but starting May 25, 2024, you will only be able to view your information, not make any transfers and transactions. We will continue to update balances and transaction information for loans on First Republic online banking for any loans that haven’t transitioned yet. If you need help with those loans, including making loan payments or transactions, call us at (888) 408-0288. We may not be able to process same-day payments and transactions, so please plan accordingly.
