• Where is my residential home mortgage and/or home equity line of credit (HELOC)?
  All residential home mortgages and HELOCs are with Chase. Residential home mortgages and HELOCs, including those that were paid off and matured on or after June 30, 2021, were transferred to Chase on November 1, 2023. All new residential home mortgages and HELOCs as of September 21, 2023, are booked with Chase.

• Why was my paid off/matured residential home mortgage and/or home equity line of credit (HELOC) transferred to Chase?
  Residential home mortgage(s) and/or HELOC(s) paid off/matured on or after June 30, 2021, were transferred to Chase so that Chase representatives have access to account history, statements and documents for account servicing.
• How do I find Chase loan number(s) for transferred loan(s)?
  Your Chase loan number is available on your monthly Chase loan statements. You can also visit First Republic Banking Online to log in to your account and view your account transfer status to find your Chase loan number. Additionally, loan numbers were included in a letter mailed to account holders in mid-October 2023 about the loan transfer. If you did not receive your letter or misplaced it, you can contact Chase at (800) 926-9446 to request a copy of the letter.
• When will my other accounts transfer to JPMorgan Chase?
  First Republic accounts will transfer to JPMorgan Chase in phases over time. We’ll always notify you in advance of any account transfers. For information about other accounts, including deposit accounts, click here.​

  For support, you can always reach out to your Relationship Manager. Payments and Transfers

• Were automatic payments transitioned to Chase with my loans?
  Yes, if you were enrolled in the First Republic auto-debit program (automatic payments), we transitioned this service to Chase. You do not need to take additional steps. Your first auto payment may have been slightly delayed while we processed the transfer of your mortgage. If that occurred, your payment was not considered late, and you were not charged a late fee.
  
  
• Will scheduled transfer(s) to/from my residential home mortgage and/or home equity line of credit (HELOC) continue?
  If you were enrolled in the First Republic auto-debit program (automatic payments), we transferred this service to Chase. You do not need to take additional steps. Your first auto payment may have been slightly delayed while we processed the transfer of your mortgage. If that occurred, your payment was not considered late, and you were not charged a late fee.
  
  However, because your mortgage and/or HELOC account number(s) changed, any other scheduled one-time and recurring transfers to/from your loan account(s) did not process. You can reschedule these transfers with Chase.

Statements and Documents

• Did my paperless preferences transfer to Chase?
  If you already had a chase.com account at the time of your loan transfer, your existing Chase paperless preferences were applied to your transferred home loan account(s). You can view and update your paperless preferences at any time on chase.com.
  
  If you do not have a chase.com account, you will receive paper statements. You can sign up for chase.com and enroll in paperless statements at any time.
• Where can I access my historical online statements and documents for my transferred loans?
  For First Republic Banking Online users: You can view up to 18 months of First Republic transaction history on your main and account dashboards, and view and save up to seven (7) years of First Republic historical statements and documents. Your information will roll off over time. Effective December 12, 2024, the First Republic Online Banking platform will be decommissioned and no longer accessible. Download historical statements and documents prior to this date.
  
  For First Republic Corporate Online users: You can view and save up to 6 months of transaction history from your main account dashboard, up to 18 months of history within Information Reporting, and up to seven (7) years of First Republic historical statements and documents. Your information will roll off over time. Effective December 12, 2024, the First Republic Online Banking platform will be decommissioned and no longer accessible. Download historical statements and documents prior to this date.
• Who provided my 2023 year-end tax documents for my residential home mortgage and/or home equity line of credit (HELOC)?
  You should have received consolidated residential home mortgage and/or HELOC 2023 tax documents (1098, 1099-INT) from Chase. Visit our tax documents page for more information here.

• How do I find my Chase loan number(s) to sign up for chase.com?
  Your Chase loan number for transferred loans is available on your monthly Chase loan statements. You can also visit First Republic Banking Online to log in to your account and view your account transfer status to find your Chase loan number. Additionally, loan numbers were included in a letter mailed to account holders in mid-October 2023 about the loan transfer.   Yes. If you already had a chase.com account at the time of your loan transfer, your loan(s) were automatically added to your existing chase.com account. If you need assistance with signing in, call Chase at (800) 926-9446.

• Why does chase.com show a large recent transaction November 2023 on my mortgage and/or home equity line of credit (HELOC) account?
  As part of the transition of your loan to Chase, the recent transactions, payment information may reflect the total amount of payments made to First Republic from January 1 through October 2023. Please be assured that we did not process an additional payment in this amount.
• My residential home loan and/or home equity line of credit (HELOC) is closed and has a $0 balance on First Republic online banking. Why?
  Residential home loans and HELOCs were transferred to Chase on November 1, 2023. Account holders received a letter in mid-October 2023 about this transfer. Within First Republic online banking and mobile apps, under Account Details, you will see “JPMC Loan Transfer” for each of your home loans that were transferred to Chase.

• I previously had access to home mortgage and/or home equity line of credit accounts on First Republic Corporate Online. Why am I not able to access these accounts on chase.com or sign up for chase.com?
  JPMorgan Chase digital access, including chase.com and the Chase Mobile® app,¹ is only available to select users (e.g., account holders, certain guarantor relationships). If you are not an account holder or a guarantor and you need to make a payment or obtain information on a transferred loan account, please call Chase at (800) 926-9446.
• Did any alerts I had set up continue after my loan transferred to Chase?
  Any First Republic alerts for your loan were canceled. You can enroll in alerts with Chase via chase.com and the Chase Mobile® app.¹
