• Can I continue to use First Republic online banking?
  Yes, but you will only be able to view your information until the First Republic Banking Online and Corporate Online platforms decommission on December 12, 2024. Download historical statements and documents prior to this date.
  
  For loan and investment accounts that haven't transferred yet, we will continue to update balances and transaction information on First Republic online banking until December 12, 2024. If you need help with those accounts, including making loan payments or transactions, call us at (888) 408-0288. We may not be able to process same-day payments and transactions, so please plan accordingly.
  
  For accounts transitioning to JPMorgan Chase after December 12, 2024, you will receive information from JPMorgan Chase on how to access your accounts after December 12, 2024.
• I need to reset my current password. How do I do this?
  You can reset your password yourself on First Republic Banking Online and the mobile app as well as on Corporate Online. Simply:

  • Go to the sign in page on desktop or the sign in screen on mobile.
  • Select the “Forgot password” link.
  • Follow the on-screen prompts.

  Note: The First Republic mobile app will be decommissioned on September 12, 2024. Users of the mobile app can access Banking Online until December 12, 2024.
• Can I access transaction history and historical statements and documents in First Republic online banking?
  For First Republic Banking Online users: Yes. You can view up to 18 months of First Republic transaction history on your main and account dashboards, and view and save up to seven (7) years of First Republic historical statements and documents. Your information will roll off over time. Effective December 12, 2024, the First Republic Online Banking platform will be decommissioned and no longer accessible. Prior to December 12, 2024, we recommend that you sign in to Banking Online and download your historical account statements, tax documents and any additional information you wish to retain. We will be adding more information on how to access this information after December 12, 2024 in the near future.
  
  For First Republic Corporate Online users: Yes. You can view and save up to 6 months of transaction history from your main account dashboard, up to 18 months of history within Information Reporting, and up to seven (7) years of First Republic historical statements and documents. Your information will roll off over time. Effective December 12, 2024, the First Republic Corporate Online platform will be decommissioned and no longer accessible. Prior to December 12, 2024, we recommend that you sign in to Corporate Online and download your historical account statements, tax documents and any additional information you wish to retain. We will be adding more information on how to access this information after December 12, 2024 in the near future.
• For how long will I continue to have “view-only” access to First Republic online and mobile banking?
  Timing will vary by platform. See below for information by platform.

Historical Statements and Documents

• How do I access my historical statements and documents for my First Republic accounts?
  Prior to December 12, 2024, we recommend that you sign in to Banking Online and/or Corporate Online and download your historical account statements, tax documents and any additional information you wish to retain. We will be adding more information on how to access this information after December 12, 2024 in the near future.

Corporate Online

• For how long will I continue to have “view-only” access to Corporate Online?
  Effective December 12, 2024, the First Republic Corporate Online platform will be decommissioned and no longer accessible. Download historical statements and documents prior to this date.
  
  The Corporate Online “updated” experience was decommissioned on June 21, 2024. Users of the “updated” experience can access the “legacy” experience until December 12, 2024. Click here to sign in to the First Republic Corporate Online “legacy” experience.
• I use the First Republic Corporate Token app to sign in to First Republic. Will I have access to the Token app after my accounts transition to JPMorgan Chase?
  Yes. If “token at login” is enabled for your First Republic profile, you will need to continue using the First Republic Corporate Token app to sign in to Corporate Online. The Token app will continue to be available until December 12, 2024.
  
  If “token at login” is enabled for your First Republic profile, but you removed the Corporate Token app from your mobile device or need to reset your token, call us at (800) 221-9777 for further assistance.
• How do I remove Corporate Online access for an admin or a user?
  Contact us at (800) 221-9777 for assistance with making this change.

First Republic Banking Online

• For how long will I continue to have “view-only” access to First Republic Banking Online?
  Effective December 12, 2024, the First Republic Online Banking platform will be decommissioned and no longer accessible. Download historical statements and documents prior to this date.

Trust Online

• How do I access my account information and documents for my First Republic trust account(s)?
  Access to your trust account information and documents will be available through the Trust Online Sign In link on firstrepublic.com until December 12, 2024. After this date, go directly to the First Republic Trust Company site, www.firstrepublic.com/trustonline. Please bookmark this site for future direct access.

Private Wealth Management via
First Republic Banking Online

• How do I access my account information and documents for my First Republic investment account(s)?
  Access to your account information and documents will be available on the Investing tab on First Republic Banking Online until October 15, 2024. After this date, you can continue to access historical account information through First Republic Banking Online by clicking on the account from the Account Dashboard until December 12, 2024. This information is also available now on Pershing Online Brokerage’s NetXInvestor site, www.netxinvestor.com, under the ‘Communications’ tab. We encourage you to register with NetXInvestor prior to December 12, 2024, to ensure uninterrupted access to your account information.

  The Corporate mobile app was decommissioned on June 14, 2024. Users of the mobile app can access Corporate Online until December 12, 2024.

First Republic mobile app

  The First Republic mobile app will be decommissioned on September 12, 2024. Users of the mobile app can access Banking Online until December 12, 2024.
