Dale Smith joined the Bank in 2000 and is responsible for Information Technology, Corporate Purchasing and Facilities, and Deposit Services, the back office operations center for all deposit products. Previously, he was the Chief Information Officer at Imperial Bank and a senior manager in the corporate risk management practice of a major consulting firm.
