President, First Republic Investment Management and President, First Republic Wealth Advisors
Bob Thornton was named President of First Republic Investment Management in 2006 and joined the Bank in 2004 as President of First Republic Wealth Advisors. Previously, he was a Managing Director of Deutsche Bank Securities, Inc. in San Francisco. Also, Mr. Thornton held management positions at Credit Suisse First Boston, Lehman Brothers and Goldman, Sachs & Co. A.B., Duke University; J.D., Columbia Law School.
